six consecutive months of sessions meeting three weeks of the month via Zoom video chat (will need access to the internet and Zoom app on digital device) text and voice message check ins through out weekly action steps $997/monthly payment plan or save $1,000 with pay $5,000 in full before sessions begin If these options are not appropriate for you, there is free and lower cost content available here, in the bimonthly emails, and on my patreon site.
